Customer Support Executive (Female)


Job Description / Responsibility:
- Provide social media support
- Process orders from clients and assign necessary person to execute orders
- Call new clients explain our service, convince them and set appointments.
- All conversation notes must be recorded and updated regularly.
- Regularly contact with our field executive and update their schedule.
- Follow up with existing clients.
- Receive calls from clients and schedule as needed.
- Daily reporting to all superior via email.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor (Hons.)
Experience Requirements
1 year or more experience is preferred. But freshers can apply.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing, Call Centre Supervision/Management, Online (web/e-mail) Support, Social Media Marketing, Social Media Support.


The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, E-commerce, IT Enabled Service
Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 28 year(s)
- Computer skills should include MS Office, Google Docs, Google Maps, Google Calendar,
Email, Internet etc.
- Friendly, approachable, polite and persuasive personality highly preferred.
- Smart phone user
- Proficient in Bengali and English
- Self-motivated, Hardworking, Dynamic & Energetic.
- Fast learner with eagerness to gain more knowledge.
- Loyal to the superior & company.
- Educational background will be compromised if experienced.
Job Location: Dhaka
Salary Range: Negotiable
